A Seminar on Cyber Security, ‘Cyber Jagrookta’ was organized by KIIT ICT Cell on 15th October 2022. Speaking at the seminar, Mr. V. B. Pandey, DDG (S), DoT said that cyber crimes are becoming an emerging issue for the new digital India, and explained various ways to keep safe. He informed the audience about various tricks used by fraudsters as well as some common cyber and mobile frauds with examples.
Mr. Pandey suggested the students and faculty members best practices to protect themselves from cyber-attacks. A cybercrime victim can report the incident from the website https://cibercrime.gov.in and through a phone call to 1903, he added. Mr. K. N. Rai and Mr. C. P.
