Revathi Mohanty, a 1st year student of KIIT School of Fashion Technology, was crowned Tiara Miss Odisha 2021. She was selected as one of the six finalists on the 27th March 2021 and had her finals on the 28th March, which consisted of five rounds like the introduction, ramp walk, general question and answer, individual question and answer and the crowning. With this, she has been selected for Tiara Miss India contest which may be held on 2nd June 2021.
Revathi is an 18 year old girl from Bhubaneswar, the temple city of Odisha. Her mother is a teacher and her father is a lawyer. She got into pageants after her sister suggested she should try out beauty pageants in order to gain more confidence. Her hobbies include designing, dancing, learning new languages, swimming, listening to music and stitching. It is her dream to represent India at the international level someday. “I cannot thank my family, friends and teachers enough as without their support I would have never been able to come this far”, she says. She aims to be a good fashion designer and is working hard to achieve her goals.
