Kalinga Institute of Dental Sciences (KIDS), hosted a grand Freshers’ Day event, ‘KAIZRAA 2024’, to welcome the new BDS 2024 batch on 7th December, 2024 which was organized by the BDS 2023 batch. The inaugural ceremony was graced by the presence of notable dignitaries, faculty members, and enthusiastic students, making it a memorable day for everyone involved.
Prof. (Dr.) Aswini Kumar Kar, Principal, KIDS, delivered a heartfelt welcome address, expressing his joy at seeing the freshers join the KIDS family. He highlighted the importance of dedication and hard work in the field of dentistry and encouraged the new batch to make the most of their educational journey.

The formal ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks by Prof. Dr. Sangamesh N. C. Vice Principal, KIDS, He expressed gratitude to all the dignitaries, organizers, and participants for their contributions to the success of the event. He also acknowledged the efforts of the BDS 2023 batch in organizing such a splendid event. The ceremony was brought to a close with the uplifting KIIT Anthem, leaving everyone with a sense of pride and belonging to the KIIT family.
