She takes him through the smoke
Things he should have discovered a long time ago
Hid himself behind the ramparts
She fixes him so he could begin a new start
Surrounded by the darkness
Blinded by the light
Brought out of hopelessness
Taught him how to fight
No more nightmares in his sleep
Coz she taught him the meaning of peace
And in return just asks him to hope
To not think to run or escape
But hold himself together and face
To feel right at home
Hate consumes the hater
So now he sees beauty in every living being
Even though they aren’t together
He has learnt to find peace in every feeling
