The International Journal of Oncology (Impact Factor 5.2) has selected Prof. Gopal C. Kundu as a member of The Editorial Academy of the Journal from KIIT Deemed to be University. In the latest issue (December, 2023), the Journal has published the Autobiographical Resume of Research and Career Achievements of Prof. Kundu on its cover page. He was recently selected as a Fellow of the International Association of Advanced Materials, Sweden in 2023. He was elected as Fellow of Indian National Science Academy in 2023 and selected as a Fellow of Royal Society of Chemistry in 2023. He is also Fellow of the National Academy of Sciences, India; Indian Academy of Sciences.
Prof. Kundu has received two prestigious National awards; i.e., the National Bioscience Award from the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India in 2003 and the Shanti Swarup Bhatnagar (SSB) Prize from the CSIR, Govt. of India in 2004. He has published approximately 126 research articles in International Journals and has filed one US and four Indian patents. A number of leading research laboratories both within India and at the International level are actively collaborating with Prof. Kundu and his team.
