KIMS Faculty in OBG Awarded at National Conference of ISAR

Dr. Soumya Ranjan Panda, Assistant Professor, Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, KIMS was awarded “ISAR Dr. Gautam Khastgir Best Young Clinician Research Award” at the National Conference of Indian Society of Assisted Reproduction (ISAR) held in Kolkata on 27th November 2021. The award which carries a plaque, certificate and a cheque of Rs 50,000/- is given every year to the best research work done by a young gynaecologist in the field of infertility and assisted reproduction. Dr. Soumya Ranjan Panda was chosen for the same for his well designed research work on ovulation induction using a combination of aromatase inhibitor and clomiphene citrate. A research article on the topic is under publication in the prestigious journal International Journal of Gynaecology and Obstetrics (IJGO).
