The Future Materials Laboratory of the Department of Chemistry, School of Applied Sciences, KIIT-DU published two research papers in the International Journal, Nano Energy. It is a prestigious journal by the Elsevier publications with Impact factor, 19.069, ranking 18 out of 345 in Material Science, and Indexed in 4 international databases.
The research papers are “Triazine skeletal covalent organic frameworks: A versatile highly positive surface potential triboelectric layer for energy harvesting and self-powered applications” https://doi.org/10.1016/j.nanoen.2022.107620 and “Significant effect of synthesis methodologies of metal-organic frameworks upon the additively manufactured dual-mode triboelectric nano-generator towards self-powered applications” https://doi.org/10.1016/j.nanoen.2022.107253.
Further a research paper “A new insight into the ZIF-67 based tribo electric nano-generator for self-powered robot object recognition” https://doi.org/10.1039/D1TC04729A by Dr. Rojalin Sahu’s research group has been selected as the cover page for a journal. This has been published in Journal of Material Chemistry C of Royal Society of Chemistry (Impact Factor=7.39). This is an ongoing project in collaboration with Daegu Gyeongbuk Institute of Science and Technology (DGIST), South Korea, University of Queensland, Australia, IIT Guwahati, IISER Berhampur and SAS, KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar.
