Book by Alumnus Sambit Kumar Routray ‘Anybody Can Run’ Launched by Dr. Achyuta Samanta
With his debut novel, ‘Anybody Can Run’, author Sambit Kumar Routray gives readers a glimpse into how running can transform lives. A KIIT-DU Alumnus of 2005 Batch and Ultra Marathoner, Sambit, who is currently working as an Environment, Health & Safety Consultant, reveals in his book as to how running has helped him address and find solutions to pressing environmental concerns, provide career guidance for the youth and ideate innovative solutions using artificial intelligence in the domain of Environment, Health & Safety.
Sunil Robert Vuppula, TedX Speaker and Marathoner has written the Foreword of the book and Gautam Gambhir, Former Cricketer and Current Member of Parliament has written the recommendation for the book.
Published by Penman Books, the book was launched by Dr. Achyuta Samanta, Founder, KIIT & KISS on Friday, 23rdJuly 2021 at KIIT-DU in the presence of Prof. Sasmita Samanta, Pro Vice Chancellor; Prof. Jnyana Ranjan Mohanty, Registrar; Dr. Shradhanjali Nayak, Director Public Relations; and Dr. Shyam Sundar Behura, Dy.
