Proud Moment for KIIT! KIIT Honoured with ‘Excellence in Globalization’  Award at FICCI Higher Education Summit 2026

Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) Deemed to be University has received the ‘Excellence in Globalization’ award at the 21st FICCI Higher Education Summit 2026, held at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. The award recognizes KIIT’s efforts to build international academic partnerships, support student and faculty exchanges, and create opportunities for collaboration in education and research.

Padma Vibhushan Dr. Murli Manohar Joshi, Former Union Minister for Human Resource Development, Science & Technology, and Home Affairs, Government of India, presented the national honor.

The distinguished leadership team representing KIIT DU received the award on behalf of the institution by Prof. Debasis Bandyopadhyay, Pro-Vice-Chancellor; Dr. Siddharth Swarup Rautaray, Dean IQAC; and Dr. Dipti Ranjan Biswal, Dy. Director IQAC.

This recognition stands as a testament to KIIT’s steadfast commitment to internationalization, robust global academic collaborations, and its ongoing mission to deliver world-class education and cross-cultural exposure to students worldwide.

Expressing his happiness, Dr. Achyuta Samanta, Founder, KIIT & KISS said, “I have always wanted my beloved KIITians to have opportunities to learn beyond our campus and build friendships across the world.
