KIMS Students Bag Best Paper Award

Dr. Nikhil Sharma (3rd Year PGT) of Pathology Department, KIMS bagged the best paper award  at IAPM (Indian Association of Pathology & Microbiology) Odisha Chapter Conference on the topic “Expression of CD68+ tumour associated macrophages in relation to β-catenin in carcinoma stomach”. Further, Dr. Sweta Suman (2nd Year PGT) of Pathology Department, KIMS bagged an award for paper presentation on the topic “Acute Megakaryoblastic Leukemia (AML-M7) in Down Syndrome: Classical presentation of a rare entity”. In all, 6 Papers and 7 posters were presented by postgraduate students. Chairperson of Best poster award presentation and judge of poster selection was Dr. (Prof.) Ranjana Giri. All the faculties were involved in the preparation of presentation of PG students and attended the conference. All the presentations were done under the guidance and supervision of Prof. & HOD, Dr. Urmila Senapati.
