KIIT Researchers Bag Best Paper Award at MIDAS-2021

Three B.Tech. undergraduate students of KIIT-DU, Atri Biswas, Shourjya Chakraborty, and Debarshi Deb, under the guidance of  Dr. Rajdeep Chatterjee, Assistant Professor, KIIT School of Computer Engineering bagged the Best Paper Award for their paper titled “HRPro: A Machine Learning Approaches for Recruitment Process Automation”. The paper was presented at the international conference on “Machine Intelligence and Data Science Applications (MIDAS-2021)” held on 26^th-27^th December 2021 at Comilla University, Comilla, Bangladesh. Dr. Chatterjee and his students  proposed an automated Human Resource interview platform HRPro.

The team got praises and positive feedback for both the concept and the prototype implementation. The team introduced HRPro to speed up the HR assessment and provide a platform for mock HR tests by thousands of job aspirants.
