KIIT Polytechnic Faculty Wins Top Sustainability Award by India Green

Dr. Sanjukta Sahoo, Head (Civil Engineering) of KIIT Polytechnic has been conferred with the Top Sustainability Champion Award by the India Green Awards for Environment and Sustainability Excellence at Udaipur, Rajasthan. The award ceremony was graced by the former Union Minister for Environment and Forest, Shri Suresh Prabhu and Dr. Chetan Singh Solanki, IIT Bombay. Dr. Sanjukta’s outstanding contribution in the field of Carbon capture technology from ocean through Seaweed Cultivation and Women Empowerment in the coastal communities is quite commendable and made her the environment and sustainable champion.
