Youth Red Cross (YRC) volunteers of KIIT organized a rally along KIIT Road on 27th October 2025, with around 100 volunteers participating to promote integrity, transparency, and accountability as part of Vigilance Awareness Week, observed from 27th October to 2nd November 2025.
The rally, featuring placards and slogans, aimed to spread awareness among citizens, students, and employees about the importance of honesty, ethical conduct, and anti-corruption practices in both public and private life. It sought to inspire collective action towards building a transparent and corruption-free society.
The key objectives of the rally were to educate people about the harmful effects of corruption, encourage transparency and accountability in all spheres of activity, promote ethical values among students and employees, and motivate citizens to stand against unfair practices and report misconduct.
The initiative was successfully organized under the guidance of YRC KIIT Counsellors — Dr. Chitralekha Jena, Dr. Junali Jasmine Jena, Dr. Ramesh Chandra Sethi, and Dr. Ajit Kumar Pasayat.
