Faculty members from the KIMS School of Physiotherapy, KIIT-DU played key roles in the 1st International Conference organized by The Indian Association of Physiotherapists (IAP) and IAP Women Cell, Utkal Branch (Odisha). The conference, themed “Advancements in Physiotherapy in Neuromusculoskeletal Disorders,“ was held on December 14-15, 2024, at the SOA Auditorium.
Dr. Priyabrata Dash (PT), Principal (I/C), KIMS School of Physiotherapy, was honoured with the prestigious Best Physio in Clinical Practice Award for his outstanding contributions to physiotherapy. He also took a leading role in the scientific sessions, upholding the academic integrity and standards of the conference.
Dr. Amitav Nayak (PT), Deputy Director (Administration), KIMS School of Physiotherapy, served as a Judge for the Scientific Paper Presentation sessions. His expertise added significant value to the evaluation of cutting-edge research presented during the event.
At the conference, Dr. Nihar Ranjan Mohanty(PT), Associate Professor, KIMS School of Physiotherapy, chaired the scientific sessions at the conference.
