KIIT Deemed to be University has made a significant leap to the 257th Rank in the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) Asia University Rankings 2025 released on 6th November 2025. This Ranking is part of the QS World University Rankings: Asia 2025, which evaluates universities across the continents based on an array of indicators. In 2024, KIIT was in the cohort of 351-400, from where it has made a significant hop to be ranked first time in QS Asia University Rankings. In QS Southern Asia Rankings 2025, KIIT DU, ranked to 55th position with a significant jump from 90th rank in 2024.
From the Asia region, a total of 984 universities have found their place in the list of which 22 are from India. The Rankings are based on the scores obtained by the universities on the following parameters: International Faculty, Staff with PhD, Faculty Student Ratio, Inbound Exchange, Academic Reputation, Citations per Paper, Papers per Faculty, International Research Network, International Students, Outbound Exchange and Employer Reputation.
