KIIT Undergraduate Students Presents Research Papers at South Asian University

Two undergraduate students of KIIT Deemed to be University presented their research papers at the 2nd International Conference of Undergraduate Students (ICUS-2023), organised by SAU Centre for Research and Innovative Learning, South Asian University, New Delhi.

Mr. Sakib Alam, a 2nd Semester Computer Science & Engineering student, presented a research paper titled “Application of Machine Learning in Shortlisting Resumes”. Mr. Niladri Bhattacharya, a 2nd Semester Bachelor in Business Administration student, presented a research paper titled “A Review of the Application of Machine Learning in Human Resource Management”.

Dr. Priti Ranjan Sahoo, Associate Professor, KIIT School of Management, guided both students to formulate research questions, set objectives, and analyze data. Their research papers will be published as conference proceedings in SCRS Book Series “Computing and Intelligent Systems”. The conference aimed to provide an international platform for undergraduate students and showcase their talent in research and development.

Prof. Ranjan Kumar Mohanty, Acting President of South Asian University, a University established by SAARC nations, appreciated undergraduate students’ research & innovation efforts.
