KSOL Organizes Lecture Series on Critical Thinking in Literary Analysis
KIIT School of Languages (KSOL) organized a special lecture series on “Critical Thinking” on 26th February 2022. The first session titled “Cultivating Critical Thinking” was delivered by Prof. (Dr.) Beerendra Pandey, Professor & Dean, KSOL. It demonstrated to the audience a practical application of the tools of critical thinking for critical analysis of a literary text. The second session titled “Critical Thinking and its Relationship to Literary Analysis” was delivered by Dr. Paritosh Chandra Dugar, Former Professor & Principal, Govt. PG College, Dept. of Education, Rajasthan. It emphasized on the ways and means to analyze a literary text with critical thinking skills. The sessions were attended by students, scholars and academicians across KIIT Deemed to be University. The presentations were followed by an engaging Q&A session. Both the sessions were anchored by Ms. Debanjali Roy, Assistant Professor, KSOL.
