KIIT Team from Robotics Society Wins Big at IIT Bhubaneswar
Error Bot is a group under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Nirmal Kumar Rout and Asst. Prof. (Dr.) Arindam Basak which operates from KIIT Robotics Society, School of Electronics Engineering, KIIT Deemed to be University wins the second prize in Annual Tech-fest “Wissenaire”, IIT Bhubaneswar.
Robowar, a jaw dropping competition of Robotic fights among various institutes held at the Annual Tech-fest “Wissenaire” in IIT Bhubaneswar on 1st February, 2020.The only team from KIIT participated in this very event, outshined with superb success. The team consisted of six members Raushan Kumar, Sudhanshu Kumar, Vandana Shekhar, Navdeep Kumar, Utsav and Rajdeep Das which was assisted and helped by Aatish Ranjan and Balaji Polaki as they kept the trace for the working of the team thoroughly.
Error Bot: A super specialty Robowar Bot with a mechanism of bizarre hitting operates with extreme precision and balance. The event ended up with the KIIT Team bagging the second prize with a cash amount of Rs.14,000/- and was also acknowledged with certificates and showered with immense love and appreciation.
In fact, KIIT Robotics Society is a technical society for students under the able mentorship of Prof. (Dr.) Nirmal Kumar Rout, School of Electronics Engineering.
