MPH Students Won Best Paper Presentation Award

The MPH (Master of Public Health) students, Ms. Alice, Ms. Gayatri Nayak, Ms. Harapriya Jena, Ms. Subhra Mallisha, Ms. Bhagyalaxmi Nayak, Ms. Manisha Samanta and Mr. E. Shantanu Kumar Patra of KIIT School of Public Health presented a research paper titled “ADULT SUICIDE IN INDIA: A TIME TREND ANALYSIS (1995-2015)” at the National Conference on Youth Suicide: Preventive Measures and Lead Initiatives – “AARAMBH” on 10th January, 2020.

The paper was awarded as the BEST PAPER PRESENTATION. Ms. Alice received the certificate and the memento on behalf of the students. The conference was organized by the People’s Forum on 10th January, 2020. The objective of the conference was to prevent youth suicide and promote wellness among people through propagation of awareness. The students were ably guided by Dr. Pratap Kumar Jena, Associate Professor of the KSPH.
